The indoor garden and the location of the hotel was great. The bus stand is stone throw away, provided you have a good strength in your arms. Staff was good behaving, well dressed and very professional. Mall road was a bit far and you have to climb a few ladders to get their. Lift to the Mall road was also far. But you have to compromise between the bus stand and the Mall road. A hotel at the Mall road would have been a better choice.

Best Experience: The staff was very good and professional once we checked-in. They have a well maintained indoor garden, with some unique species of plants and flowers. The waiters were good and were always on their toes the moment I demanded anything.

Worst Experience: The check-in time was the worst. We had the booking in advance via internet, direct booking, no agent. We were in telephonic contact with the hotel, till one day before our departure from Delhi. But when we arrived at the hotel, it took them 15 mins to move us in. Pathetic if you are coming after a tiring journey, you don\'t want to stand at the reception. They were verifying again and again (not sure if I appeared a terrorist or some one who runs some kind of racket...:)). They also said they have some kind of issues with the internet, but it should not stop a guest from check-in, this is what I feel.

The hotel is nicely located within a short distance from places of interest. Rooms well kept. Room service was good. Cleanliness was good.

Best Experience: The view from hotel room was excellent. It was so beautiful, we have not ventured out and preferred to stay indoors.

it was so good and enjoyable.we have covered each and every place with guide. we also went to tata pani. we have done river rafting over there.

Best Experience: during we got very good guide from travel counter.

Worst Experience: no worst experience during shimla.

This place is at least a10-15 min. hike up to the Mall as against the 5 min. walk claimed by the hotel. Room in the old part of the hotel was very small and we were barely able to keep our 2 bags . The hotel served us a good hot tasty food much to our delight.

Worst Experience: room was small and please only order for bottled water.
