The location and the room\'s condition is pleasant .But the food facility and room service is poor.

Best Experience: no any examples.

Worst Experience: i with my family stayed one day and night from 27 to28th Dec 09 .But I am regretted to comment that hotel staff did not showed any hospitality to us .no any room service provided .we have to sit in the restaurant for 2 hours to get the lunch .again at evening for a cup of tea we have to pursue the hotel boy,kitchen staff several times.we have to com back from the resort this bitter experience.

The whole resort is under renovation and thus we were kept in a lower standard rooms; this was not told us before. Rooms and toilets were found not clean, they had very poor service with regards to delivery of food and choices of breakfast menus.

The resort is facing the huge serene Umium Lake just 17 kms before Shillong.Away from the hustle & bustle of city surrounded by hills the lake is huge.There are enough sporting activities like water scooter,soeedboats etc. for active people.People who want solace must visit this resort for a calm and wonderful vacation for 3/4 days.Hotel has all modern facilities like hot water,fire place,room service,bar cum resteaurent,car hire facilities.There is a small stationery shop inside the hotel as there are no shops withjin a distance of 4/5 kms.
