The location is fantastic. we got a sea view room. most of the landmarks such as the gateway or the afghan church or Leopold Cafe are 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes walk. very well appointed, very clean, nice comfy bed, great breakfast included in the rate.the best service oriented hotel I hav come across from the front office efficiency to the security in the entrance.

One of the Vivanta range of hotels,do expect the comfortable room, good amenities, spotless and clean bathroom with contemporary fittings and perhaps most importantly, the well trained, professional and friendly staff.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay there again. Great hotel and really friendly staff. Recommended to all.

Had a nice stay. However, food is an issue, same breakfast on all days which gets boring after the first day. They have a nice pool, gym, sauna too. Worth the while to stay here. Quite close to business district as well as tourist attractions of Gateway, Colaba etc.

Worst Experience: Same breakfast menu everyday.

The overall experience was perhaps good as the stay was comfortable and the room quite cozy. The outer self of the hotel was just around average just that it became peppy by the evening with quite a lot of celebrity quests droping in and the lobby made it a great place for a gazer!

Best Experience: The best thing was the room undoubtedly and the exciting array of indulgence that it stocked. I was quite amazed to have a pillow menu which I would like to make a notable mention which had the many varieties of pillows the room service could provide. Quite invariable, it is a insight into making a guest comfortable.

Worst Experience: I was not very happy with the food part. The morning break-fast was very moron and same menu for all the three days of the stay. The interesting part though was different kind of breads which of coarse were not very enticing the second day. The Thai outlet where I had the dinner was just around average and the wine selection and knowledge of the staff was just mediocre.
