The overall Experience is average. The Hotel is located 2 kms from Kalimpong Main Market. The views from rooms are very good. There is a garden which is is well maintained. The goodness stops there.

Worst Experience: 1. The worst buffet breakfast ever eaten 2. Very expensive in terms of services 3. If you enter the restaurant you will fill that the Hotel is located somewhere in North India. Only North Indian and Chinese.

Kalimpong is a very beautiful place.Surrounded my mountains,lush greenery,and fog all over giving you a felling that you are surrounded by clouds.It feels heavenly as you can feel the real essence of nature here.Away from the hustle bustle of crowded cities and pollution.My stay was further enriched with the superb food served at soods retreat.We would go for long walks and trekking b ut feel refreshed instantly after hogging on heavy meals i.e breakfast ,lunch and dinner which was only possible in because of climate there.The food offered at soods retreat has a punjabi touch.

Best Experience: Great food!Peaceful place.

Worst Experience: Power failure for two days which is very common there.

Very good hotel to stay here. It is very near by Kalimpong Petrol Pump. Kalimpong market 2 to 3 Km from this hotel.

a nice weekend break for 2nights, an awesome experience, a quit hotel with the nice view, we had a very neat standard room, the room was spacious, The service is good and friendly, we had a very nice stay, It was such a wonderful experience to stay in this hotel.

good location very convenient.the rooms are spacious and very well arranged.the front office is very helpful,they guided us very well to many places.not much activities.
