The place is good but the hotel was pathetic. It appeared to be old, dull and unimpressive. The receptionist was not interested in the customers, service lousy. They did not prepare food, was wondering why did they even start off a hotel in the first place. A very bad experience.

Worst Experience: Everything about the tour was bad, guess we started off on a wrong footing.

Very good. From the moment we landed in Ooty to the minute we headed back home, we had a pleasant stay and experience. The staff were up and running and the service good, only one drawback was the way the front office performed. The manager was never available for any information and was even made to wait for a long time even on arrival.

Worst Experience: Hope the manager takes some interest in the on goings of the place.

A decent stay and a beautiful place to visit. The place is not a grand place but has everything one needs and looks out for in a hotel. The service was extremely good and the staff were very polite and soft spoken. The food was not cooked here and was gotten from outside. Sometimes it used to be good and at times it used to be really bad.

Best Experience: The service rendered by the staff was a stand out and the rooms. They were very spacious and clean. Was filled with all the necessities.

The place is nice. The hotel was alright but scope for lot of improvement. They can include more activities in the hotel. The food is also very redundant though tasty. Nice experience

This was good visit and we enjoyed the trip. We were a family of 5 and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the place. The manager here was very helpful and obliging. The service was up to the mark and the facilities were good.
