Best Experience: Having gone to Darj in the first week of january, we were not really prepared to handle the chill. The thought of getting into the bed at night (albeit with its pristine white sheets and warm blankets) sent a shiver down our spines (pun intended!!). Till a Housekeeping guy came knocking at our door at around 8pm with his hands full of hot water bags. the bags were nestled inside our blankets from around then till the time we went to bed. The result was a heavenly feeling of warmth just as we took off our layers and socks while getting into bed. That, by far, was the moment of Customer WOW for me!

Best Experience: Room View Service Food
Worst Experience: Geyser - Hot water was the major problem there but I guess it is not their fault, due to cold weather, it takes time for the water to heatup. Heater - Room heaters need to be more powerful. It used to take time to heat up the room.

Best Experience: The front desk was very appreciative, they were helping with all our needs. We didn\'t know any places to see but they helped us by telling about the places to visit and what all we can do in Darjeeling. And also even at the time of check out they were kind enough to get a cab for us.
Worst Experience: The room was a bit shabby. Didn\'t like it a bit and would suggest the staff to clean up the room and maintain it properly.
