The property is good ans well maintained. Location also was very good. Good rooms, clean and neat with good service. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. Food was also very good.

We visited Matheran a month ago with my parents,it was a wonderful place to visit. Location was ok but not that appealing. Rooms were well maintained and descent. Staffs were courteous and helpful. Food was extremely god, especially all the sweet items.

Best Experience: Live music that was arranged was good.

Enjoyed live music program with delicious dinner. Location is too Far and after a walk from Parking to Hotel to climb the hotel hill is worse.Staff was responsive.Food quality and taste was excellent.

The retreat is way to far in terms of transportation otherwise it was a good option. We were a group of 30 people and the hotel provided us with good accommodation, also managed to provide pretty good service for all 30 of us. They had some music shows arranged in the hotel. Food was also good. Overall happy about our stay there.

Best Experience: For all the 30 of us the service provided was the same and good, staffs were courteous.
