The real feel of Konkan: Konkan is upcoming region for tourism for its virgin beauty of hilly area along with beautiful untouched beaches. Dapoli is one of them and is semi hill station of the region. Pleasent atmosphere all year around and beaches nearby make your stay completely enjoyable. Most of the people who know konkan usually go for Beach hotels, but Aryawarta is different than those hotels. Its a seperate location where various bunglows are available to stay making a small village of its kind. Natural slopy red soil roads and plants of konkani origin give U a feel of staying at konkan and not at hotel. Aryawarta is a complex of bunglows which can suit your need....1,2,3,4 bedroom/s and hall make U comfortable even in big family or a group.

This place has an amazing location, situated on a hill top and overlooks the scenic beauty of pristine kokan. The best part of Aryawarta is that it is completely cut off from the noisy, busy city life giving you a peace of mind and yet provides all the facilities and comforts. Besides there are many mind blowing places which you can visit near and around Aryawarta which includes numerous clean beaches, ancient temples. Driving-which most of us hate doing in Mumbai is heaven here.(The road to \'Kadyavarcha Ganpati\' is just fabulous).Every time I visit Aryawarta, I see some changes made or some new facilities introduced making it a fresh experience. The staff and the service is good. Overall Aryawarta can be truly rated as one of the best hotels in Kokan.
