The resort was very nice.. location was near the beach.. the service was great and excellent.. the food was very very yummy and like to have all the ways.. with non-veg fish, the staff was was well mannered to and very helpful... the rooms was excellent and the interior was awesome and bed was soft and sofa was kept in the hotel fabalous stay and bathe was well cleaned.. all was well

Best Experience: i would like to visit this place again and no words to tell about this resort.. the stay was excellent.....

Kerala is one of the most important tourist destinations in all India- the Kovalam beach.. the surrounding of the resort was clean. the staff welcomed with a warm with flowers.. the staff was friendly,good and helpful.. the service of the resort was quick the interior of the resort was well polished and kept like a showroom peace.. the rooms was very large and comfortable beds with working TV AC we can fell the cool air from the window.. bathroom was clean with 24hr hot water.. activities was with swimming pool for kids also with spa massage palour night dance..

Best Experience: no words to tell about this resort we had lot of fun with my friends and family members.. i will visit again and stay in this resort budget was ok

This place is truly amazing. It\'s dramatically situated above the sea, and it has all the makings of a perfect resort for a leisurely vacation. The club rooms locations are simply fantabulous. The entire furniture in the room looked dated.overall it was fabulous.

It was a fantastic, super experience. The property was too good. The staff was very hospitalable and courteous. The rooms were well done and up to the mark, and the view of the vast blue sea right in front of you from your room is welcoming sight. Asking you to come for a cool dip in the clear blue waters.

Best Experience: Having breakfast at the pool side was toooo good and just walk a step further and you have the vast expance of the sea, a view that is fantastic.

Worst Experience: None. How can one ever have a bad or worst expeerience here.

In the corridor,outside a room we found a rat while coming back from the beach. We had 2 rooms booked. In one of the rooms, the latch did not work. The staff was more interested in catering to the foreign guests and not to Indians staying at the resort.
