The rooms are neat & clean and also very spacious. The rooms can be compared to a 5 star hotel. In our hectic schedule we could not check out the other facilities. Food is also very good but is a little expensive. However the room tariffs are more than your moneys worth. We tried the A/c rooms.

Best Experience: The service and breakfast here is very good. It is in the heart of the city so we dined at various restaurants around the hotel. The staff was more than helpful in arranging our sightseeing schedule.

Worst Experience: My only bad experience is that there was only warm water in the bathroom. This continued for all 3 days inspite of complaining.

My office called up The Manor to make a reservation just a couple of hours before I was scheduled to arrive in Aurangabad. Within a few minutes, I was notified by email and text message. The staff's responsiveness didn't end there. Once I arrived, check-in was swift and the room itself was in immaculate condition. I stayed just for one night, but I'll definitely be back the next time I travel to Aurangabad.

Worst Experience: No smiming pool,no gym, not any games etc

Worst Experience: Room structure was pathetic. Very long rooms and tiny bathroom. Bathroom was like jail. No cleanliness at all. Rooms and Bathrooms were not cleaned after earlier guests\'s use. Had to ask for everything. Food was gud but it took them hours to get it, by tht time we had no appetite left. Morning Tea and Coffee were equally pathetic.

I had made reservations over phone based on online reviews - as I had done for some other locations during this trip. But it was a disappointing experience. Although the staff were extremely courteous and nice, but the service and the ambiance / cleanliness needs to improve a lot. Would definitely not recommend for international travelers.

Worst Experience: Rooms give to us at check in were not cleaned up after the previous guests had checkout - and the same story with alternate rooms. We ended up seeing one room after another to see that none were clean. So chose to wait a good half-hour for the staff to clean up rooms of our choice. Even after that, we found that towels / toiletries had not been replaced. Even the next day, the same story - we had to ask for towels and toiletries - they take away the stuff during cleaning, and do not replace them. Suddenly found that there was no hot water in the taps late in the evening. Some rooms have been converted to garbage dumps - and the doors left open. A disgusting sight as you walk through the corridor to your room. Restaurant is too small - breakfast food was okay, but had to wait as there was no room. Did not have the courage to try lunch/ dinner at the hotel.

Stayed for a long weekend and loved this hotel its really new and modern rooms and the location was perfect. You were within walking distance of everywhere and the metro which is 2 minutes away was easy to use and took you to all the major sights in minutes for 1 euro! The front of house staff are beyond helpful and the breakfast was just what you needed to start the day. I would definately return but I think I would book the room . I got a peak at it and it looks ace! The restaurant at the corner of the building (Target I think its called) is well worth a visit Would definately stay here on a return visit
