The rooms were very good and spacious. Food was nice at this hotel . It is located in a very nice place.

The hotel has very spacious landing area in each floor. The rooms are large and modern too. The experience has been better than expectation. The arrangement of rooms and confirmation in few minutes, after an horrendous night\'s stay from other hotel stay has been very exciting. Surely would give another try during next visit and offer good reference to others too

Best Experience: Its an amazing experience to find an accommodation with a phone call request, that too recieved by the senior management. Very courteous staff and prompt services.

Worst Experience: However for the delicious food served, the same seemed a bit pricy for the place and location.

The over all experience was just satisfactory. For the price i paid, there were better hotels available such as Polo towers. It was difficult to reach because of traffic even though it is centrally located. the rooms did not have AC and it appeared to be inadequately ventilated. The view outside is average as all one can see is buildings only. There was no problem in getting public conveyance however.

Best Experience: The north indian food was good. but the breakfast was average.

Worst Experience: I had to leave for the conference at 0730 in morning and the buffet breakfast wasn't ready since the staff had not come. Apparently they come late. So I had to wait.

The hotel inside ambience is really good & service is very good. The front office staff is very much cooperetive. Its a value for money hotel.

Best Experience: Though I had booked a normal room but then we were offered a deluxe room at no extra cost (free upgradation)

Worst Experience: Food cost unnecessarily too much.

Our stay in Silkroute was really very nice. The rooms are really very good with a reasonable price. Front Office personals were very cooperative and friendly, also I must appreciated about the room service and food quality.

Best Experience: They had arranged for car service which was really appricated. The behaviour of the driver is very nice and most important part was his approach to make us feel happy for spending money for his car service. He can speak Khasi, Nepali, Bengali & Hindi.
