The service was very disorganized.

Worst Experience: We ordered drinks for the family which never came and found things on our bill at the end which we had not had.

The staff is very polite and warm hearted. The resort as close to the nature as it may get. With Boating and Canopying, it was one my best experiences so far. It's a quite and calm place with Only boat to take you to the resort. Overall.. An Amazing stay.

Best Experience: The view from the balcone was amazing, i didnt felt any need to move to houseboat either....

Worst Experience: Fluttering of pigeons on my rooms terrace during night was a bit of concern. But very soon i got used to it.

\'God\'s Own Country\', this is how holidaying in kerala is sold everywhere .Initially my husband ,daughter and i didn\'t really take this seriously when we search for a good backwater holidaying spot. But once we landed at Lake Haven Allepey ,we couldn\'t but believe in every word of the phrase i just mentioned. Many many thanks to the manager Mr Mathew for all the help rendered to us at anytime with smile. The service staff was really co.operative and helpful and this hospitality makes Lake Haven a True Heaven.....

Best Experience: The evening complimentary sunset cruise in country boat gives a soothing effect in mind which relaxes body.The fishing done by the line in the lake was really enjoyable and memorable.

Worst Experience: Nothing

The view is heavenly, however there's nothing much to do beyond admiring the view.

Best Experience: Fished with the locals and that was awesome.

Worst Experience: Service was not the best at the hotel.

Lake Haven is all about a resort which lacks good management. The location is good but the place is ill kept and is minus professional staff. The rooms are damp, furniture is old and rusted. A veranda has been converted in a restaurant which is infested with flies and insects. We were booked for two nights but left after one night only ...Thank God !!

Best Experience: Fresh Toddy was arranged by the local staff. We enjoyed the drink sitting by the waterway.... our first taste of the heavenly extract.

Worst Experience: No activities whatsoever were available at the resort. They took us for a massage to another resort which was giving preferences and services to their own guests. We were attended last after a long wait and finally during the shower the water finished
