The staff always willing to serve with a smile,Front desk very helpful.Room service do not expect tips.Rooms large in size.Rooms clean.Best is comlimentary breakfast so many varity of food.Happy with this hotel.

It was an excellent hotel located in close proximity to central bus stand and railway junction. it was great to experience the hotel stay considering spacious room, health club, hospitality, food, nearby femina shopping mall. it was really great to explore so many things under one roof.

Lovely experience of good room amenities, friendly staff and choice of food. Spacious lobby areas and quick access to transport add to the satisfying experience.

Best Experience: Quick access to public and taxi transport for travelling in and out round the clock was the best experience, of course not to forget excellent food at the Hotel restaurants.

Worst Experience: Billing officer was certainly a nice person but if he learns to give smile and talk in a friendly style when customers are paying bills to check out, just like all other reception staff who were nice, friendly and knew how to interact with clients, it will do good to all. An interactive hotel web site can enhance the impression of such an excellent hotel very much.

Each moments of our walk along the Lobby with the smiling greetings of all the staffs esp.Mr Amarnath,and the morning buffet breakfast(the food was wonderful) and all the staffs esp.Mr Christian.

Best Experience: Our grateful thanks to Mr.Amarnath:-cause not only he made sure our stay at the Hotel was at ease but he had also every information for us on sight seeing activities when we talk to him.

hi we are their with family ,it nice experience to stay in Famina hotel .Rooms ,service, food , behavior of the workers ,front deck sp.female receptionist Annandi and all others wear very helpful except Famina Travels services,those people are cheater,they are spoil the name of Hotel. Other things are good.one thing more far which I would like to wright for others which is this that in Temples the Ticket system is very bad ,if any one can stop pl do stop. Rock temple is very good. thanks Suresh lucknow
