The staff of this Hotel were much co-operative and take every care of their customers. The only demerit of this Hotel is its distance from Lake as well as main market. Otherwise this is best place to stay in Kodaikanal.

Best Experience: The complimentary Brekfast provided per day by Hotel was excellent. Also the Lunch and dinner were of best quality. The Hotel staff provided me all possible help in my tour as well as drop on Kodaikanal road station I will recommend to stay in this Hotel.

Worst Experience: The worst experience was the distance of this Hotel from the Lake as well as main market. You can not walk on foot. You have to take the service of taxies which are much costly.

Kodaikanal is famous place for honey moon because of its climate and sceneries. We really enjoyed the nature there. I went with my family (spouse and son). There are few place when you compare to ooty in kodaikanal, but worth staying for its nature. We stayed in Tamil Nadu hotel for a week, overall the stay was good. I never thought Govt employee will behave in this kind manner. Employees there was ready to help but the equipments available there are not supporting for example in restaurant the vessels which they use and the room Bed, TV, chairs everything looks old and sometime even you think of touching those  because of their condition. The charges were at par with private hotels but it’s not that worth.

Best Experience: One day after long travel we was so tried we were back to hotel it was almost 9:30 and the restaurant was about to close, everyone was very hungry, but there was nothing to eat. After understanding our situation restaurant server helped us providing with some food (few chapatti) just prepared for us.

Worst Experience: To put a black mark for this one incident happened on our last day stay the staff (I saw him for the first time, luckily this guy was not there for all these days  during our stay) who was attending in the restaurant behaved very rude and he used all unparliamentarily words. We were very upset to hear those words and immediately we complained the incident to hotel manager. But no action, since its govt hotel, we saw the way how the govt works. We gaveup because the guy who used unparliamentarily words promised in front of God saying he did not use those words, so we left it for Gods decision.

my stay in this hotel was for 2 days, it is easily aproachable, and situated in the heart of the city,nice view of the town from here , neatly maintained gardens,

Best Experience: the front office were very polite and made my reservation without prior advance booking.

Worst Experience: nothing worst happened the hotel

The very place in which Hotel is situated is good. But except the Kurinji cttages, all other rooms are only average. Though the food is simple, that was quite hygienic and the children can eat without any harm. Don't forget to claim your free Food coupons during booking itself. The Kodaikanal town is full of excellent scenaries.

Best Experience: Once again to reiterate, the food is good. The front office staff are co operative but not the room service. The scenic beauties near Coaker's walk and silent valley are good.

Worst Experience: Except the Kuringi cottages , all other rooms are only average. The play area for children are also not that much good.

Simply good for summer vacations
