The stay at the hotel is satisfying and value for money.The hotel is ideally loc on a hill top with bay view and you could watch smaller ships in and out of the jetty.However there is hardly any time to enjoy the scenic beauty of the bay except during evening tea at lawn.Food and bar is also satisfying.Service need to be improved , even if it is a govt run hotel.

Best Experience: The best thing wich I liked was the evening tea in lawn after touring entire the day and followed by quick shower and again enjoying the scenic beauty of bay with glass of beer or drink.

Worst Experience: Nothing much to complaint as it is a value for money hotel.However , a piece of advice to hotel to improve the quality of service in terms of room service,luggage tfr and internal color theme of the rooms.

Overall experiance in staying in Megapode Nest was wonderful.The premises are lovely and front view of harbour & sea from the balcony is just too good.

Best Experience: Chilling out in the evenings while sitting in the hotel lawn overlooking the sea and surrounding green flora & fauna was a superb experiance.

Worst Experience: No variety in availability of fish items in the menu card.Food is costly.

Very good value for money. I went there with my wife and child and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Megapode. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed and quiet vacation in the Andamans. Rooms were very good and clean. The travel desk (Mr Chennaiah) was very helpful and arranged all our tours/ car bookings/ ferry to Havelock etc and provided all the information I needed. Also very good value for money. There is a restaurant - food quality is average but manageable.

Best Experience: Very good view of the harbour from the top of the hill.

Andaman is extremely beautiful. The hotel is located remotely and has an excellent view of the port and sea. The room was clean and maintained in a good condition. Restaurant serves reasonably good food but the food is slightly costly.
