There is a brand positioning for Ladakh from Jammu & Kashmir Tourism Department saying 'Love the Life of Ladakh', my very own positioning would be 'Love the Life of Lasermo Hotel', this statement is just apt for the wonderful hospitality we had as a small family during our trip to Ladakh. Every single staff member looked after us as their extended family including our driver, the travel desk supervisor and our hotel manager, Mr. Ashraf Sir. He might sound tough and macho over the phone but when you meet him in person, he is one of the most sweetest, humblest caring hotel owners I have come across in a hospitality industry. Ladakhi people as such are very caring, sweet, well mannered and treat guests with respect & dignity. These two human values I found the most at Lasermo. Food was very very good with young chef at the helm. Service was just impeccable, whatever we need was made available in about 5mins flat. No hiccups or lazy excuses. We were upgraded to a suite on the terrace with the high snow clad mountains wishing us every morning and saluting us every evening. Our driver was like own brother who took pains to see us that we are comfortable in our journeys to high altitude places for sight seeing. Linen, towels, toiletries were spic n span. That ever glowing smile and wishes when we notice a staff member was very pleasing. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Ladakh and if I were to go again there after few years, there will be absolute no doubt in staying at this hotel and meeting their lovely staff.

Best Experience: Food, help in sight seeing, travel desk, courteousness service.

Worst Experience: Not at all.

The places in Leh, Pangong lake and Nubra Valley is . This hotel is very nice by its position, service and behaviour of manager and other persons attached to it.

Best Experience: Buffet launch and dinner.

"We booked this hotel basis..."

We booked this hotel basis the strong recommendations on Trip Advisor. And let me tell you, the reviews have not done justice to the superb service of the hotel staff and the friendliness of Mr Ashraf. If only more hotel managers were cut from the same cloth as Mr Ashraf!!! Our trip was absolutely tension free, and all thanks to the superb services provided by the Hotel. Returing to the hotel after doing day trips etc was always a pleasure, and it felt like coming home.

"It was A very pleasant..."

It was A very pleasant and comfortable stay at LASERMO HOTEL leh. Right from recieving from airport to welcome in hotel and total stay was wonderful. I had booked the hotel in advance after taking a glimpse of photographs of hotel on hotels website and hearing about it from our friends. the rooms are clean, carpetted, spacious n well maintained. the bathrooms are also spacious and clean. The hotel staff is well behaved and exibited mannerisms at all times. The service of hotel is at par with any Five Star Hotel ( Full Marks to it). On our very first day the owner firmly said that he wont allow us to move out before taking rest in afternoon as high altitude may cause breathing problem. only after a sound sleep in evening when we were getting bored he immediately arranged a taxi for visit to Shanti Stupa. The location of hotel is on walking distance from main market thus making our market visits more convenient and frequent. The beautiful outlook of the building also added to the beauty of our photographs. As we had done package of 7days including stay, all the meals and travelling expences the total deal has been very reasonable and cheap comparing the standard of hotel. Also it is well reputed for serving film stars who come for Film shooting in Leh which speaks of its serving standards. The best part i liked is hotel has all emergency medications, mobile oxygen cylinder and oxygen concentrator to provide continuous Oxygen supply to any person ( A machine unavailable even in many big hospitals). The staff also provided us with valuable tips for local purchase. The food was delicious, with new varieties at all meals and special considerations to our requests in menues. A seperate dining hall and kitchen with seperate menu was also available for strict vegeterians though we sticked to main dining hall. The owner was very caring and always showed full attention to us and other costumers. In short, A very reasonable, good and exotic place and stongly recommended for everyone.

Best Experience: whole of the staff was very caring about my child and paid full attention to his naughty acts. i had a technical problem in e ticket confirmation but the hotel owner worked out this problem and also assured me of a confirmed emergency ticket through a special quota if required. but thankfully things sorted out though he left a strong impression of my mind about his sincierity of task he was assigned.

Worst Experience: No worst experience during my stay
