Actually We had booked for 2 nights but the standard has gone down tremendously. Imagine, We oedered for morning filter cofee & were informed that INSTANT cofee is not also available!! Finally, we were provided with instant cofee and Complimentary breakfast was also sub standard. Overall not a pleasant experience at all. Not going to stay there next time, that is sure !!!

"The Victor Palace comes as..."
- Posted Jun 17, 2007
The Victor Palace comes as a pleasant surprise if you're passing through Kolhapur. Not very far from the highway, we were drawn in by the road-facing glass front of their primary restaurant Charcoal Grill. The ambience and food is quite good, and the pool is usable. The service is thoughtful and above par, and that's one of the key reasons I would recommend this hotel. Rates are around Rs.2000, but it's well-located as a night halt if you're driving down NH4 to Bangalore or Pune, or off to Goa.
Best Experience: Thoughtful service - not intrusive and not indifferent.
