Best Experience: No example
Worst Experience: Worst experience was to get the Geyser in working condition. I first complained at around 6 pm. Even at 9:00 pm, it was not fixed and I had to go and shout at them to get the heater coil changed, even though I had told them to do so since for 3 hrs the water wasn\'t getting heated. The service desk guy was making fun of me as if I\'ve never seen a Geyser in my life. They didnt have the sense to even say Sorry once they realised that I was right and for the inconvienience caused

Best Experience: I am glad I relied on the reviews at Holiday IQ and opted for the Classic View rooms. They have a wonderful view to it. Some are a little small as i got a chance to see the other classic view rooms. The best part is that there are so many things in the vicinity with which u can keep yourself occupied for a while. We would go to coakkers walk in the morning and evenings sometimes (its just 3 bucks per person a ticket) or walk down to the lake and do cycling around the lake. Its the best thing to do. You would get cycles there for Rs 20 for an hour or so and you can cycle around the lake which is a good 5 and 1/2 kms periphery. The Byrant park is right outside the hotel but I found it quite uninteresting.
Worst Experience: As someone had mentioned in their review, the car rates for conveyance (to the hotel and for sight seeing) is pretty expensive if you get it done through the hotel. I opted to take cabs from outside and managed a good bargain also. The most surprising part here is that they provide the heater for a couple of hours and they charge extra for it! It was shocking that it wasn\'t inclusive for a hotel that is on a hill station. Most of the rooms are quite dull becoz of the lighting. Room service is just about okay though the staff is very courteous its the number of them thats a little less. They have a lot of restrictions on the timings of the food services. They have fixed timings like for breakfast it is 7 to 10:30 and dinner 7 to 9. After 8:30 they don\'t take orders as well! Once we got a call early in morning around 7 cause they wanted to ask us if we would like ot place the order for breakfast - that was rather hilarious hospitality! Overall the experience was good

Best Experience: Excellent view of Kodai valley and hill from room. The property has a great amalgamation of resort and hotel, with simplistic environ/decor and no nonsense attitude. Stay, relax, de-stress, savor Kodai valley view and cool air: all in a neat, clean, calm and simplistic way.
Worst Experience: None, actually. But just to complete the list: 9 AM check out time and poor room lighting, are the two things which we found as blot in the otherwise nice experience.
