This hotel was good ,I personally liked it as it included a combined kitchen.service and rooms could have been a little better anyways it was not waste my money.I rested in peace as the location itself was so beautiful .

The destination is really good.The location of the hotel was great.The rooms were beautiful and nice.

Worst Experience: The food and the drinks served were not good and wasnt happy with the service of the hotel also.

it was really different experience the best was I saw a marriage in the resort.. It was different bcoz am from tamilnadu….. other then that room was OK.. Food services was good….

Our stay at Crystal Court was an awesome experience altogether. Once reached, we were welcomed by the manager Mr. Sudarshan Das and team. Check in process was hustle free and really a quick one. The deluxe room which was offered had a great view of mountain range at one side and the city view on the other. Service and courtesy shown by each and every staff was great, room service was really quick and the food was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and wish to visit the same place again in future.

Best Experience: Room service and food was awesome. Perfect for family.

The over all experience at Coorg was mediocre. May be due to the time we checked in (March - April). The food at Crystal Court was too good for the price. Their Buffet (lunch and dinner) was well worth the money and tasty too. The Bar at the basement was quite inexpensive too. There are n\'t too many places to roam around and the places available are mediocre at best. Raja\'s seat and Abbe falls are not really that inviting when you get there. There can be better places like Chikmagalur comparing Coorg. A visit to the Tibetan Monastry at Kushalnagar is a refreshing experience though. It is a unique place and you get to learn a lot about the culture and lifestyle of Tibetian Monks. Try to find a local monk who can speak your language and spend some time with him listening. The information they share is more valuable and amusing than what we get to read in articles. Road: We started from Bangalore and took the ring road to bypass Mysore City. The ring road was bad in shape during 2010 March, however other part of the journey was good. The winding roads which lead to Coorg after Kushal Nagar are fun to drive, but watch out for zooming vehicles knocking you off the road. Stoppages: We took just one break at Kambalpura Coffee Day. One best thing about this 24 hr Cafe Coffee Day is that its rest rooms are too good!! Very Clean Rest Rooms and will be surely refreshing to your family if you stop by there. Watch out! No 24 hour petrol pumps at the main city. One is available, but it looks horrible and that weekend Petrol was out of stock as well. I had to come down the valley with very little fuel at 3 AM and it was quite a tense situation. Overall, its a nice weekend getaway if you are looking at tasty food at low prices and a good scenery right around the hotel. Crystal Court is located at a good location and you get pretty much all amneties including a couple of Maruti service centers and a More Outlet nearby. On the negative side, do not expect too many breathtaking sights or spots. This is just an elevated location adn not really a hill station.

Best Experience: Food - Buffet Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at Crystal Court were well worth the money and tasty. Somewhere around 180 rs per lunch, the Mutton Biriyani and dry items were really good. I am a foodie adn hence this is the best I can remember. Kambalpura Cafe Coffee day was a good place to stop by for two things - 24 hour availability and awesome rest rooms.

Worst Experience: Nothing worst, one bad point was lack of Fuel stations after 9 PM. There was one recommended by everyone, but that was in a very bad condition. There was an old board \'Out of Stock\' which made me go through a nailbiting ride down the valley till Kushal Nagar - But since it all ended well, I would like to call it an adventurous ride spicing up the trip!
