This hotel is ok , I did enjoy my stay here as there were few problems that we faced and the problem was not fixed on time . The water was leaking and it was not fixed even after informing . I did not eat food here , so no idea about the food .
Best Experience: no proper service ....

Hotel is centrally located close to the shopping areas, the main attraction is the valleys surrounding the hotel. Room was well furnished with decent amenities provided. Food was very good, it had perfect mixture of local as well as some variety of dishes
Best Experience: View of the mountains from the hotel was very good

Best Experience: Once we were very late from our trip and Gangtok sleeps early in the night. So late in the night we requested for dinner. Their response was prompt and the food was delicious. They provide affordable transport/tour facilities.
Worst Experience: Once water was not available. A pillar runs almost in the middle of the room which obstructed our access to the cupboard.
