This is a part of the Sayaji Group of Hotels. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Every floor has its own reception, making check in and out quick and wait-free. The ground floor is bustling with activity - always something going on. In contrast, the upper floors (my room was on the third floor) are absolutely quite and peaceful. The grounds are not very extensive, but well kept and beautiful.

Best Experience: My departure from Indore was at 3.50 pm. I just asked once, and my check out was moved to 2.30 pm - no hassle, no extra payment. Very gracious, indeed. The hotel also has a No Tipping policy.

Worst Experience: None, really. The two days I stayed were very comfortable and pleasant.

Overall the hotel experience was good. The only downside was the buffet food. In wake of the "mango special' festival, the menu was repetitive.

Great Experiance, starting from pick-up to ending up to check-out. I believe this is the only reason why Sayaji is so famous - it's service, people and treatment .....

Best Experience: While i was leaving for my visit they were insisting for taking something along with me like some snacks on complementry ..... when i denied they had given me water bottle and request to accept it ...... great level of service. Entire staff behaviour is very soft and polite ..... you definatly feel difference in staying this hotel ....

Sayaji isn't just a place; it is an experience that lingers long after you've left. Been here for 4 days on a trip to Indore and Ujjain in November. Right from the time we entered from the portico, we figured that the hotel is old school class. Its been around for a good amount of time and has the right mix of grandeur and practicality. Figure this; the decor has the whole old world feel to it and the rooms have a PC with internet connectivity and a TV with movies/music on demand. Perfect combination for a break away from the commotion. Incredibly supportive and friendly staff. The hotel pampers its guests and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Sayaji. The in-room amenities are brilliant, right from the little box of cookies by the bedside to the fragrance of a fresh made bed everytime you step in. Recommend this place to everyone who's going to Indore; with or without family, business or pleasure. Plus its centrally located, so that helps too. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Best Experience: A smile on all the staff members, Complimentary bowling, Brilliant breakfast and dinner spread, Excellent and very prompt room service.

Worst Experience: None so far.

Worst Experience: Hotel welcome at airport is good, but while checking out behaviour of travel desk is rude.
