This is a pretty good hotel. Nice cozy rooms. Good service. Good location. Centrally located. Easy access to where ever you might want to go in Mysore.

Best Experience: The service is really good and the restaurant, a bit pricey, is also really good. The food here is really good. Been to a few restaurants in Mysore and found this to be one of the best.

Worst Experience: Nothing really.

Good rooms.Location is in a crowded area.Food is overpriced for a place like Mysore.

Hotel is overly hyped. We stayed only for one night. It was noisy. I could hear the music as well as the the utensils and cooks screaming in the kitchen. I was on the 4F. There was a shabby patch on the ceiling appeared to be from past water leak.

Worst Experience: The key to the room is in a long key chain that upon inserting in the electrical slot inside the room will switch on electricity. Nobel thought. Unable to insert the key i called for help. Staff came to help but got their key stuck and the switch in off position. They had to disassemble the entire electrical outlet to workaournd the problem. Took them atleast 30 mins. They have tried to mimick the luxy hotels that uses credit card size cards to activate and de-activate electricity. The slot holds a physical wall switch and is not suited to same kind of operation. Door locks were also tight.

Gloomy.... yep thats a good way to describe this place. Me and wife had booked a luxury room for 2 days during Dasara but decided to leave in a day. The hotel is located right in front of the palace which helps but lack of light, choice of dark colours and the linen give a constant feeling of the place being unclean. We dint feel like coming back to the room at all. I think there are better choices available for the same price. I wont go there again.
