Tiger Camp, Corbett
Village Tikuli Ramnagar
I along with my family members (3) visited Tiger camp resort in the first week of November 2015. The first impression itself was awesome. The rooms blew our mind and the hotel staff were also very cooperative. The resort is in impeccable shape and everything is maintained properly. The food was delicious and they even showed interest in serving Jain food to my mother when they found out she could not eat anything with garlic and onions in it. The best part was that we did not even demand it. There were ample varieties available for suiting all kind of taste buds. The only thing missing was a pool and hopefully they will add it in near future as well. The river flowing behind the lush green lawns was a bonus and came up as a pleasant surprise to us. Overall a very pleasant trip, definitely recommended.
our stay at tiger camp is one of the best trips we\'ve had. n nt to Frgt we keep visitn it.....its a wonderful place.... it is a place for nature lovers as the resort itself gives u a feel of the jungle with dense greenery all around n cottages made to look like huts from outside. the rooms are well appointed and are good value for money. the staff is courteous n eager to help. the buffet IS QUITE DECENT.....N SUPPOSINGLY IT SERVES D BEST FOOD AT CORBETT!!! DURIN OUR STAY AT TIGER CAMP we keep taking safari, its a wonderful experience nevertheless. a word of caution though.....do carry caps, mufflers, jackets etc.............it was freezing in the open jeep! the resort people had kept blankets in the jeep in case we needed them, or else we would have been frozen ducks! do visit the neighbouring property tarangi, its out of this world, although the prices are on the higher side. we did stay der too in one of our trips.
Jim Corbett is a very good weekend getaway esp for Delhites. We stayed at the Tiger Camp which I would highly recommend keeping in mind their service , food , resort , staff , location etc. Safari as tourists has always been a disappointing experience at various other national parks as well and it was no different at Corbett. The common animals can always be sighted but one really has to spend time in the jungle to sight the rare ones
On December 2016 We traveled to Jim Corbett. We booked this hotel through a travel agency. The destination was a wonderful wildlife sanctuary. It was a relaxation trip with my beloved family. The hotel ambience was attractive because it was like a hut type. The hotel was located on the main road. The receptionist was good and instant. They did check in and check out process on time. The room provided was spacious and well maintained. The bathroom and the basic amenities were very clean and comfortable. All the basic facilities were provided in the room. The bed and bed sheet was clean. We had food from the hotel. The food was delicious and served hot. The variety food was available in the hotel. The complimentary snacks were provided in the hotel for us. DJ campfire and swimming pool was available in this hotel. The activities were very nice.
I loved this small hotel B&B type overlooking the Mango orchards. Mr. Amrit Pandey, the proprietor took care of all safari booking and everything and we became more of friends. The place offers nicely appointed rooms. The decor is very modern. The rooms have AC and heating arrangements. The staff is very cordial and they will not have any fixed menu. Food will be prepared on basis of what you order. It is more of a homestay than a hotel I must say. I must recommend it for families.
