"Visit to a tribal village"

  • 6.0/7
  • Posted Dec 14, 2015
Totopara is situated in the foothills of Bhutan in one side and River Torsa in the other side. Here, Toto Tribes, one of the oldest tribal race, live. Number of toto is diminishing, now, their total strength is around 1500. Scenic beauty of Totopara is mind blowing. I left for Totopara from Madarihat, 24 kms away in a jeep. We drove through at least 5 river beds and forests. It is not possible to go Totopara during monsoon. The journey itself is adventurous with different kind of experience.
