It was great experience well furnish rooms best amenities and service for ultimate comfort with swimming pools, wonderful adventures like lion safari, deer park and tribal museum, to me it was ideal resort mix business with pleasure. Luxuriously modern conference hall with all the necessary business facilities. The hotel's other amenities include picnic, cultural festivals, internet surfing, in house laundry, arranging get together, doctor-on-call, conference, banquet and pick up arrangement to and fro from our resort to Vapi railway station. They can also make sightseeing arrangements for Silvassa and up to Daman.
I went there by own car with my family in the month of June 2013. Hotel location was very fantastic. Food was delicious. Services were excellent. Appearance of the hotel was fabulous. Rooms were neat, clean and spacious. All basic amenities were available in the room like LCD, AC hot and cold water etc. Swimming pool, gym, water fall, indoor, outdoor games and other activities were available there and it was nice. I faced no problem during check-in and check-out facility. Behavior of the staff was superb. I have no complaint about this hotel. As a destination Silvassa place is beautiful.
I went there in 2014. I booked my room through my friend. Location of the resort was okay. Resort was located outside the city. Interiors and exteriors were very good. Check in and check out process was not delayed. Staff behaviour was helpful and friendly. Overall services were perfect. It was a big resort. Garden was available. Both AC and non-AC rooms were available. Rooms were neat and clean. Bar facility was also there. I took North Indian food there, taste and quality wise, food was good. Activities were fine in this resort. I went there with my family. Room's tariff was Rs. 1500 per day. Resort was value for money paid. I will recommend this resort to other travellers. Silvassa is an average place as tourism.
Resort was good. They gave us discount. It was located near to Daman. The best part of this resort was its room service. Room was maintained. It was neat and clean. Play area for children, garden, fountains, gym, discotheque, etc. Were very good there. Swimming pool was there but it was not much hygienic. Resort was situated in a very pleasant and decent place. It was easy to travel. My holiday was excellent there. Resort's location and appearance was very good. Overall services were good. Room was very good. Restaurant facility was there. Menu selection was very nice in food but taste wise it was not that good. Food was average. Activities were good. Staff was very cooperative there. Resort food quality and swimming pool must be improved. Destination was good. It was a 100 percent vegetarian resort. I went there in October 2014 along with my family.
We expected a lot from the resort but it turned out to be well-made but over hyped, undeserved and overpriced for what it delivered. Even though the room was very well-furnished, it was under lit and did not have any view. The good news is for 3 or more people staying in a room, the sofa cum bed was the largest and most comfortable one I have ever seen in any hotel or resort. The resort is 9 km outside Silvassa in an industrial zone and hence there is hardly anything around the resort. In terms of places of interest, the Lion Safari and the Deer park are within 10 kms from the resort. The resort is planned beautifully with the row of buildings housing 4 rooms each arranged neatly in a semi-circle and the pliable road on the outside. Amenities like a multi-level swimming pool, huge garden, playing area, and an open space for parties and open-air dinners are housed within the traffic-free zone. The WiFi is available only at the reception lobby and that too very weak. The overall service level, cleanliness of the dining hall and the food are areas that need drastic and enormous improvement.
