Hotel Review of Ramyas Hotel
Comments: Very bad.Having stayed here at least 4-5 times in the last 4 years,i find the standards have gone down terribly.
Best Experience: Nil
Worst Experience: Air conditioner was hardly working;For extra towels and blankets,we had to remind thrice and got it almost while going to sleep.Reception was not taking the phone when we wanted to complain about the non-working a.c.when wI complained to the operator,he advised to keep trying reception and finally I gave up.We ordered for 2 flasks of coffee and the boy brings only one.Finally while checking out,when I insisted that I must see the manager, i was told he is busy in a meeting.
