My stay in the Tridev Hotel when I had been to Katra during the month of january 2017. It was my personal trip with family. The city Katra was good as it is joyful. The hotel location was very good as it is nearest to the market place. I would rate the appearance of the hotel as good as it is very clean. I would rate the front desk staff as very good as they are friendly and provided correct information. I booked this hotel via online. The services which were provided in the hotel were very good because of quick response and politeness. The rooms at the hotel were good because of facilities and decoration. I would rate food as very good, here we can get more local varieties.
The hotel was conveniently located. The appearance of the hotel from inside and outside was moderate. The food quality was average in taste. The room provided was spacious, clean and well maintained. There was no delay while check-in and check-out. There were no indoor and outdoor games. The money spent on the hotel was worth paid and I would recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Poor customer service and highly unprofessional We reached Vaishno devi and started our journey on 5th may, and reached back to Katra on 7th may, 1 am at night. We checked into this **** hotel and told them that we ll be vacating the room at 5 pm, 7 may. The person at the reception said we ll have to pay for a day and a half, since 12 o clock is the standard checkout time, to which we agreed, we had to make an urgent call and left the hotel at 4 pm. But because of some network issue at all the STD booth in Katra, we could only manage to reach at 6 pm. The hotel manager, Mr. Om Prakash. Who is the most uncivilized and uncultured man I ve ever cale across, made us pay for the entire day. So, in a span of 17 hours, they made us pay for 2 days !! This is the professionalism they showcased to the tourists! Moreover, there restaurant was under consrruction, which forced us to order food in our rooms, in spite of being willing to sit in the restaurant. It was definitely not our fault right? But we were maade to pay the room service charges extra for the order! My geniune advise to them: sir, why dont you take a knife and get onto the roads stealing people, rather than making a fool of them once they checkin .! The bill they gave us had so much overwriting and corrections everywhere, and they straightaway refused to issue a new bill. Shame on you guys seriously. Worst experience ever!
The hotel was very good. The service was done on time. The hotel was excellent. The food quality was very nice in the hotel. The food was tasty and delicious. All the amenities were provided in the room in working condition. The staff’s behaviour was very co-operative. The allotted room was clean.
Hotel is good, it is well located & location is Katra Bus Stand that's way this hotel is convenient to us, rooms service is average, near by from local market, food quality is so so not good, hotel staff are good, hotel travel agent & services is very very good. Pick up & dropping from airport or Railway station is good.. Over all hotel in my view is average. That's all.
I traveled here with my family in the month of August and I booked my room directly. I traveled Katra by train, rooms were well maintained, neat and clean. I preferred my food from outside, nothing was available in activities. Location was excellent and Katra place was mind blowing for travel. Appearance of the hotel was fantastic, booking and front office was fabulous. Services were fully satisfactory and It was a recommendable for travelers.
