very good location,the place has nice ambiance with all wooden structure and polite staff,if required i would like to stay again at the same place.

Overall satisfied. Except room service. We didn't get even a single room service properly. Need more man power to provide a best service.

Best Experience: Enjoyed a lot in a kerala trip including a hotel where we stayed.

kerala is a very good place and this is an standard hotel. The quality of the food was good tasty. I felt the management was helpful and co operative. Over all I would say it is an good option More
