"Amazing choice for a peaceful retreat"

5.4/7
Posted 2 months ago

We stayed at this hotel in the first week of December. The hotel was located far from the city, there was nothing nearby. Hired cab was the best option to reach there. There was no Wi-Fi service. The hotel was excellent look-wise. Exteriors and interiors were very well done. There was a manicured garden and a maintained swimming pool. The food was too good. Reception and service staff's was efficient and very co-operative. We stayed in the suite room (an upgrade provided by the hotel on request) and it was excellent.

"Good destination eye catching interior"

I stayed in this hotel in August. It was a holiday trip with family. Overall experience to this hotel was good. Destination was nice specially the palace. Hotel location was average as it was situated in the crowded place. Hotel interior and exterior was quiet impressive. Front office was good. There was no delay in the check in and checkout time. Hotel staff behaviour was very good. Room was average as the sound of the kitchen area was disturbing me in the night. There was no other activity available at the hotel. Wi-Fi was available at the reception. It was a direct booking.

We visited Udaipur for traditional trip. It we stayed in this hotel, royal heritage. It was place with Indian tradition. Price was very high but we were delighted by the quality of services. Costume of staff's was reflecting essence of Indian tradition. We were served in big thali of Rajasthani food. Room was spacious and it was decorated with classy furniture.

I stayed there for a holiday trip in September. It was a nice haveli which was well maintained. I loved it. Its location was excellent and was right next to the lake. I liked the appearance as it was a heritage structure built very innovative. The hotel had very good services and friendly staff's though the rooms were a less airy. I liked the food as they served rajasthani cuisine and they also gave complimentary breakfast. It had a pool as well. The overall it was a very good experience staying there.

I visited Udaipur in the month of November on a holiday trip with my family. The hotel was good located in the heart of city, near to the lake. Ambience of the hotel was beautiful. Restaurant in the hotel was good. Wi-Fi was not working. Room was small, very congested and there was no sitting area in the room. All the amenities were working and hotel staff's was very nice and friendly.

"Hotel with excellent exterior and interiors"

6.3/7
Posted 3 months ago

I visited the hotel in the month of November. I went there with my family members and it was a holiday trip. Destination was excellent and places like the Udaipur Palace, Museum, Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar Lake was awesome. Hotel location was good and roads connecting to the hotel were having traffic jam issue. It was located near to a temple. Inside and outside appearance was excellent and the interior decoration inside the room, the furniture and the rooftop restaurant were very attractive. It had a fantastic view from there. We did not face any kind of problem at booking and front office hence it was good. I booked this hotel through a travel agent in Jaipur. Room was excellent as it gave a sort of heritage feeling the interior decoration and the lightening were awesome. The outside decoration was also very nice. Services provided by the staff were excellent and well behaved. Food was very tasty and delicious. Complimentary breakfast was also provided by the hotel. I am not aware if the Wi-Fi facility was available in the hotel.

"Awsome location and good staff"

6.3/7
Posted 2 years ago

We visited this hotel last month and choose this one because most of the hotel was packed. We get surprised that our random hotel turns in to the very good hotel for us. View and location is fantastic. Very near to the famous Lake Pichola even you can get view of lake from swimming pool and terrace restaurant. Service is also nice. From outside it don't look like a very good hotel but it is very nice.

"Beautiful hotel with roof top restaurant"

7.0/7
Posted 3 years ago

We had planned a family holiday for 4 brothers, total 17 members. The booking was done on the Internet. The place was mind blowing, especially for the roof top restaurant from where we can see the whole of Udaipur City. 17 members of different ages, demands and choices, but I must admit that the hotel staff took very good care of all of us and our needs. The food is very reasonable compared to other hotels and absolutely fabulous, especially the lawala mutton. The decor inside the hotel is beautiful, very nicely done ceilings with paintings add to the ambience. All in all it was a wonderful experience for all of us. No complains.
