UDAI GARH - The Royal Heritage Retreat, Udaipur
21 - Lal Ghat Behind Jagdish Temple Udaipur
I visited the hotel in the month of November. I went there with my family members and it was a holiday trip. Destination was excellent and places like the Udaipur Palace, Museum, Lake Pichola, Fateh Sagar Lake was awesome. Hotel location was good and roads connecting to the hotel were having traffic jam issue. It was located near to a temple. Inside and outside appearance was excellent and the interior decoration inside the room, the furniture and the rooftop restaurant were very attractive. It had a fantastic view from there. We did not face any kind of problem at booking and front office hence it was good. I booked this hotel through a travel agent in Jaipur. Room was excellent as it gave a sort of heritage feeling the interior decoration and the lightening were awesome. The outside decoration was also very nice. Services provided by the staff were excellent and well behaved. Food was very tasty and delicious. Complimentary breakfast was also provided by the hotel. I am not aware if the Wi-Fi facility was available in the hotel.

Hotel is location was pretty good & was next to the Lake. The ambience was under renovation & it was good in interior look. The reception was excellent & no delay in check into the hotel. Staff were very cooperative. Rooms were very spacious & well in accommodation. There was a problem with hot water & bathroom accessories. Food was very tasty & it was good in delicious. Complimentary food was not available. There was no any other activity & no WiFi facility there. No travel desk was there. It was the very good hotel to stay. Travelers can visit & stay very comfortable. It was an excellent hotel.
We visited this hotel last month and choose this one because most of the hotel was packed. We get surprised that our random hotel turns in to the very good hotel for us. View and location is fantastic. Very near to the famous Lake Pichola even you can get view of lake from swimming pool and terrace restaurant. Service is also nice. From outside it don't look like a very good hotel but it is very nice.
We had planned a family holiday for 4 brothers, total 17 members. The booking was done on the Internet. The place was mind blowing, especially for the roof top restaurant from where we can see the whole of Udaipur City. 17 members of different ages, demands and choices, but I must admit that the hotel staff took very good care of all of us and our needs. The food is very reasonable compared to other hotels and absolutely fabulous, especially the lawala mutton. The decor inside the hotel is beautiful, very nicely done ceilings with paintings add to the ambience. All in all it was a wonderful experience for all of us. No complains.
The overall experience at this hotel was good and my stay was comfortable. The staff members at the hotel were very good and friendly and the room provided to me was very spacious with all the required amenities. There was no delay during check in and check out process and it was done smoothly. The hotel is worth for the money which I spent and I surely recommend this hotel to other travellers.
