Udai Garh-Heritage retreat was truly a breath-taking experience. The retreat was on the hilltop where you could get a full view of Mount Abu. It was like our second honeymoon and we felt so comfortable with the ambience there. Truly RETREAT-Reclusive, enthralling, top (of the world) rejuvenating, exciting, amazing and tantalizing.
I had been to this hotel in the month of January 2017 with family for holiday trip as the nature was very good. The destination was very good as the temple was very good. The location of this hotel was very good as the sunset was visible. The best way to reach the hotel was by taxi. The looking of the hotel was good as it was looking like a cottage. The front office and booking was poor as there was no proper response and nobody was available at the reception. The room provided at this hotel was good since it was well decorated but on the website it was very spacious. The overall services at this hotel very good as they were on time, quick and there were an entire menu for the breakfast. Quantity and quality of the food was good with reasonable price. They have mentioned that they have a Bath tub but when I reach the hotel, there was no Bath tub. When I asked them about it, they said like it was old year information on the website, when they do not provide the service they should not mention it. There was no one to help at the receptionist. At the last day, they were saying to vacate the room, but I know the check out time was ten and even I asked for the extension. Also I checked in to the hotel four hours late but my son was not well so I took an extension of forty minutes and then again they came back after forty minutes and said to vacate the room as they have given the extension of time. The overall experience at this hotel was average.
I had been visit to this hotel in the month of May 2016 with family. Destination was excellent. Location of the hotel was inside the city and was excellent. Appearance of the hotel was excellent from interior and exterior. Check in check out was done on time. Staffs of the hotel were good and friendly. Service provided was on time and was excellent. Room and toilet was neat and clean. All amenities were available with working condition. Wi-Fi and geezer facility was available in the hotel. But room is old model. Food was excellent in taste and quality, variety dishes available in the hotel. No activities were held at the hotel. Parking facility available in the hotel. Tariff depends on seasons.
we found this was possibly the only hotel (because of its height)which was in very close to the heart of town yet far away from the hustle bustle of market, bus stop, taxi stands are in close proximity, just at the footstep of the hotel, service was good, staffs were courteous, breakfast was full of choice, romms were clean, bathroom spacious amd spotlessly clean
The location of the hotel is superb and has an amazing view of the city. This is very close to the market, bus and taxi stand. Nakki lake( one of the main attracting point of Mt. Abu) is about 500 meters away. Hotel rooms have all the basic amenities within the budget. The top floor rooms are having amazing views. Gardens of the hotels give a special freshness and view to the hotel. It also has an easy accessible restaurant in the top floor. Food is good & fresh but little expensive as compared to the market. Food is also served to the garden. The only drawback is that hot water is not available before 7 am in the morning.
