Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed with the location and cleanliness. It is a small, luxury hotel,the lobby, in keeping with the rest of the hotel staff greeted us warmly.Our bags were whisked away from us and we were led to our wooden villa where we completed check-in procedures from the comfort of rooms.Although it is possible to have dinner either in the restaurant or in the villa, we decided to try a local restaurant opposite that we had spied on our arrival. After our dinner out We returned back to the hotel and made use of this service.

I booked the hotel through internet through their website which is an additional advantage and the process is very smooth, the room is quite clean and spacious and the room service is unique. The laundry service is expensive but good. Overall it is a nice experience at Anola in Gangtok.

Best Experience: The front desk of the hotel is very cooperative and friendly they advised me how to view the important places of Gangtok, the room service of the hotel is unique and no one will disturb you unless you call them. The bathroom is very nice and everyday it has been cleaned by the sweeper of the hotel. The position of the hotel is very unique.

Worst Experience: Nothing, except the stairs are very narrow to bring the luggage.

It was a good experince der in Hotel Anola. Its location was perfect. The room Service was excellent. They also arranged a trip for us to Gurudongmar lake and Lachung.

Best Experience: The room service boys changed our tree coil heater for three time because in all of them only two coil were working. At last they gave us properly working heater. They always serve with smile.
