The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. The service was very good in the hotel. The location of the hotel was nice. The room given to me was neat and clean. The parking area was available at the hotel. I had visited this hotel with my family.
We were at this hotel which is located right next to Hadimba Temple. It has an awesome room view. A great stay at an affordable price. The food is good but the timings are till 10. 15 PM maximum. No Alcohol served. Before checking in keep in mind to take the back facing rooms to have a clear mountain view.
Staff is very cooperative, service quality is really good. Rooms are very good and clean, parking is problem otherwise enjoyed staying here. I am very glad about my choice, Utopia Resort is best to stay in Manali, near to Devi Hadimba Temple. A class facilities, location, staff, food and view.
Stay at Utopia was great, visit to popular site like Hadimba Temple was so easy from the hotel as the location of hotel was too near. Food and service provided was also good, rooms were well furnished. I will suggest to visit here and staff was so cooperative.
Overall, experience at the hotel was good. The location of hotel was good and it is little inside. Services were good and staff were cooperative. The inside and outside appearance of the hotel was not much attractive. Rooms were spacious, neat and clean. I had a view from back side. Food was good and interior was near temple. There is no delay in check-in and check-out process. There are no activities or sightseeing trip organised by hotel. It is value for the money and I will recommend this hotel. I am from Gujarat and I visited for relaxation purpose with family.
Overall, experience was nice and stay was comfortable. The location was perfect and I easily found the hotel. Staff were hygienic and cooperative. The interior and exterior was average. Room was spacious, neat and clean with the basic amenities, there was a good view. The food was good in quality. There was no delay in check-in and check-out process. There were activities organised by the hotel but sightseeing facility was arranged by my own. The hotel was value for money and I recommend this hotel for other travellers, there is no suggestion. I visited with my family for relaxation in the month of April 2012.

We decided to go to Manali for our honeymoon as it seemed the perfect destination for us after a summer wedding. It was a great vacation for us. The local population has their biggest festival of the year (Hadimba festival) around this time of the year. So the carnival that was on in Manali added another dimension to our visit. We decided to go book our trip through our travel agents and through them we got to Hotel Utopia. There was a little confusion when we reached the place, as there was some mis-communication somewhere along the line. And the hotel reception were not expecting us to check in that day. They were all booked and tried to accommodate us in a sister hotel, which was also OK but not what we expected for or had paid for. So, we let them know that we will not want to continue. Then they requested us to adjust for one day and promised that they will move us to the rooms booked by us the next day. This was done. To add to it, they upgraded our room from Deluxe to Suite. This was a very nice room. Everything else, the other add-ons, were provided as mentioned by the travel agent. We had booked a valley-view room. And the view from our room was fantastic. That's where the natural beauty of the place comes in to the picture. The food was lovely and very tasty. We dined at the hotel restaurant all through our visit, whenever we were not on our outings. Even while checking out on our last day, we ordered a lunch-to-go and got it packed for us. Around the hotel, you have the Hadimba temple, Ghatotkach temple (which is a very very small, open-air sort-of-a-temple), Van Vihar, etc. Nice little spots for a little stroll. There is a small market as well, where you can get your souvenirs. These can be bought anywhere in any market in Manali. If you feel someone is charging too much or if you don't like the bargain, don't fret. You will find your stuff at another market. You can ask the hotel owner Atia ji for a few tips on where to go, what to do while you are around if you have some time free on your schedule. They have these little events as well from time to time. During the week we were there, there was one birthday party and one bonfire that I remember. All in all, it was a nice experience. I would recommend Hotel Utopia to anyone. Just make sure that you have your booking confirmed from both your travel agent/website representative AND the hotel staff as well.
I have good experience Its nice stay in Utopia its a good holidays for me. staff and Service Everyone in this hotel works to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We had 80% exceptional service 80% of the time. Front desk staff us . Room service and Housekeeping were prompt and polite and fulfilled all our requests right away. Rooms Beautiful, clean, modern and cozy. Beds were very comfortable. clean towels, and it has a unique decor - really pleasant. I primarily have positive comments:
I was on a honeymoon trip to manali and my travel agent booked this hotel. Over all experience was good. We ware offered a honeymoon suite with a king size bed, television, welcome drink, welcome snacks (Tea, milk and biscuits) etc. The hotel staff was always ready to help, they ware courteous and the hotel atmosphere was really nice. The hotel is a bit far (1-2km) from the mall if you are having own transportation then this should not be a problem. There are games for the kids and you have a billiards table and the housekeeping is also neetly maintained If you happen to go to the rohtand pass please do not opt for a local guide since it is waste of money..the local cab driver or if your cab driver is from HP then he will tell you more details about the places than the guide. Many guide and vendors will approch you on the way to rohtang pass please do not encourage them. The hotel will provide you shampoo/soap and towel and you can opt for candle light dinner and flower bed decoration.
