"The hotel has quiet spacious..."
- Posted Jan 2, 2009
Best Experience: Rooms were clean and spacious. Room service was fast and good. Food offered was good and reasonably priced. Front desk was quiet helpful and willing to extend any help promptly. It was a good stay at the rates & services offered.
Worst Experience: Nothing except there was shortage of cold drinks once and other day we ordered non-veg food which was not available as the cook had not brought non-veg items. But the staff was quiet prompt in offering service to bring food from outside.

"Had a very comfortable stay,..."
- Posted Jan 12, 2007
Best Experience: The Hotel staff was always proactive in helping us in the smallest possible requirement. Due to this we did not feel lost at all & wished that we could\'ve stayed longer.
Worst Experience: The only inconvinience was for travelling to loactions for sight-seeing & to & fro the Hotel & dock

Best Experience: All our requests (e.g. extra blanket, pillows, sheets etc) were met with courtesy and good speed. In the morning, some delay in getting hot water. But once complained they attended promptly. They allowed 3 hours extra stay on the final day on our request
Worst Experience: Not much. However, the louvre glass panels in the bath room did not close the window fully. In another room, I saw that some panels were not there at all. It affects privacy. The room we stayed was OK. But this is a important point the hotel must attend to.
