Hotel Review of Radisson White Sand Resort
Comments: Goa means holiday...The place is wow.Though we went after the season time, the place is really magical. One can walk along the beach for hours and not get exhanusted.

Whitesand is a beautiful property. The rear of the hotel opens to a pristine pure beach, very well maintained. The hotel gets its name from the beach. The sand is actually white and super fine in texture... The sunset point set at the beach takes your breath away. Just the thought of sitting there endless watching the waves can do wonders.

The rooms are very large and well appointed, equipped with modern amenities. The bathrooms are big though one prefers bigger size in a resort. What one misses is the presence of a tub in the bathroom.. But the pool makes up for this. Each room opens to a balcony, a cosy sit-up spot. The decor is very contemporary, though the overall setting remains of a typical 5 star property.

The pool is amazing.... It is like a moat and one can actually spend hours.

Food & Beverage service was quite disappointing. The inroom dining is very basic. Also the quality of the food was far below average. Surprisingly, chefs still go wrong with basic Pizza and pastas. Indian food is very good, so is there goan speciality. The service is also fails to meet ones expectation. Inattentive attendents, mess up in check-in/out dates etc..These minor irritants used to be a thing of the past..

Nevertheless... its a beautiful property and worth spending a week here. The place makes up for all the flaws
Best Experience: Best experience had been spending time at the pool and beach.... One can simply spending hours admiring the star kissed sky, and listening to the waves lashing at the shore.....

The pool is also equally mesmerising.. The sheer shape and size takes your breath away
Worst Experience: Housekeeping was a disaster... stayed there for 4 days.. On the 4th day, we figured how the room looks after the turndown service... the bed has over 9 cushions, each day the boys would dump them on the floor and go, leaving us wondering why have they kept so many cushions. On the last day, housekeeping boy had come to clean the room and wow... all cushions went to their place.. It seems like a small thing... but a rooms full of cushion is not a very warm sight.

Also the hotel did some goof ups with our check out dates...

Hotel Review of Radisson White Sand Resort
It was a family trip with parents and brother and sister in law from Canada, after seeing the website and checking with friends we opted for this as it had a good beach and swimming facilities. Food was great- all Indian and continental and my kids celebrated their birthday and the staff got a cake at midnight and fire works too- grand hotel and experience. Even parents enjoyed all activities....

The resort itself is really amazing, lots of space, very good location, great rooms. We got it for a very good rate as well compared to the other 5-star places in South Goa. Because of the Hotel Room, and the Swimming Pool, whch is the highlight of the Hotel, this hotel was worth the experience, but, because of its' location you are bind to stay indoors all the time....

Awesome experience! Rooms were clean, lot of activities; beach is clean with white sand. Only hitch was, we had asked for sea facing room and we were given a swimming pool facing room.
