"Fantastic stay & a must visit place"

Posted 7 Oct, 2015

I had Visited Coorg in Aug 2015 for 4 days with my group..Awesum climate n serene place. We stayed at Venu homestay in heart of Madikeri which was very reasonable for any budget traveller like us. The cost of stay was 300per person for a 2bhk home whchih is dead cheap. The homestay is very calm and serene. The Owner is very friendly and helped us with the places to shop and guided us around. Extremely helpful and hospitable owners. Visited Iguthappa temple,Chelavara Falls, Iruppu falls and Nagarhole we visited Dubare elephant camp, Golden Temple,Nisargadhama and Rajs Seat next day Visited Omkareshwar temple, Rajas tomb, abbi falls,Talakaveri,Bramagiri hills and Bhagamandala All the places are great but for Irupu and Nagarhole u needs to be there before 5pm to visi the place Dubare camp best time to visit is morning 9am -9:30am since its not that crowded and you can spend some time with the elephants. Bramagiri Hills is heaven on earth.Must visit place you need to take 350steps to walk from talakaveri but the view from the top will leave you bedazzled and speechless
