During the month of January 2017 I had been to Wayanad and made my stay in Verdure Plantation Resorts. It was my holiday trip with family. The place where I had been to was good. My hotel location was very good because of transportation facility. The appearance of the hotel was very good as it is very hygienic. Hotel front office was very good as they will respond quickly with appropriate information. I booked my room direct at hotel. The house keeping services in the hotel were good because of responsible quick service. Rooms which we stayed in were good with facilities and hygiene. The food in the hotel was average.
In the month of March, I stayed in this hotel. It was a honeymoon trip. The destination was excellent as like Alleppey and V third. The location was also beautiful and the best way to reach this hotel by car. The appearance was awesome. The reception staff was very warm, helpful and prompt. The room was clean and spacious and all amenities were in working condition and we stayed there for 4 days. The food was delicious. WiFi facility was there in the hotel. The activities like gym, swimming pool was there in the hotel. WiFi facility was there in the hotel and it had good speed. There were more than accepted amenities in the hotel. I want to suggest that every traveler visits this place without fail. The overall stay was excellent.
It was a great experience. The service was good and the staff was lovable. Breakfast was superb and no need to wait for long once order was placed. They offer a trip to their property, which is little bit away with a small water fall and thick woods. Over all 6 out of 7!
Very nice place with abundant greenery and surrounded by tea estates. Best place to stay for a couple for 3 days to enjoy the nature. Rooms are well maintained and tidy. Staff is excellent. Though we did have any problems with food but it should have been better. I would recommend this place if any one wants to spend 2 or 3 days.
At verdure, you would be as close to nature as one could hope for. The lush greenery, the roomy conventional cottages and the traditional food make your visit a cherished one. If you are looking to steal some moments of bliss from your rigorous professional routine, Verdure at Kalpetta is your destination.
The owner George takes special care of you and your family-real nice person-don\'t go with too many programmes-it must be a relaxation stay...don\'t know whether jack, naumi, shiny continue - they are real good people over there to take excellent care of you
Lovely place, nestled in the midst of a forest. It is a very old estate, scenic and enchanting. If nature is what you seek, Verdure does justice. And if you want to escape to a quiet place with only the sounds of the cicadas to keep you company, then again, Verdure is the place for you. The hospitality is very homely and so is the food. We being non vegetarians gorged on it. The spread was pretty good too. The cottages are very comfortable too. The furnishings neat and clean. However, the only problem is that the four rooms are too closely located, you share walls, so if you have noisy neighbours (like a group of bachelors) you may get disturbed. The best thing is to go in a group so you enjoy more. The resort is centrally located, so sight seeing is fun. The resort owner has another estate closeby where You can go for a picnic. And if you want to take it easy just lie down in a hammock and soak in the beauty of the place. Overall this place is highly recommended for couples as well as families. Helpful Tip: families with kids should carry enough Toys or activities to keep them busy.
Amidst nature but had all modern facilities. The cottage is nestled so wonderfully in the midst of all the lofty trees and the coffee plants and only when you enter the suite will you realise that you have the most modern amenities. The food and the care given are exemplary. Food was excellent so were the rooms and the host.
