"Nice experience"

Very Good place to stay with a family. I had booked the Family Room and my kids were very happy as there was a buggy bed in addition to the regular double bed. This was a pleasant surprise because most hotels do not have proper beds for kids, unless it is a suite. The room / bath room / furnishings were very good.

"Located in the heart of the city"

The hotel is located in a nice place , heart of th ecity. I never hv tasted such a good food before. It was cheap and best,.

"It was kind of fair...."

It was kind of fair. No response was received for on line booking so had to phone and send money in their bank account. They charged 10% extra under the pretext that rates have been revised since I booked about 2-1/2 months back. Slight bad service in changing linens especially you have to ask for towels, the first day.
