"Very big rooms, 2 rooms..."

Very big rooms, 2 rooms are interconnected to make a family room. Services are very poor. Attitude of staff is non friendly for customers. Highly overpriced. Very far from Mall Road.

"Shimla is worth seeing especially..."

Shimla is worth seeing especially when snowing. The Hotel is situated on National Highway due to which all the time there is a sound of trucks screeching all the day and night due to which one never finds the ultimate peace and solace. The rooms are just OK. The food is average. The staff is courteous and prompt. No leisure activities are available in the hotel. To be true it is not a resort it is Hotel only.

Worst Experience: The hotel is far away from the Mall due to which one has to hire a taxi each and every time one has to go to the Mall. One cannot walk. The hotel charges high rates even for pick and drop at Mall/station.
