My overall experience was so gud. they provide u with the best service.About the rooms and the hotel ambience, i liked a lot. Really a nice hotel to stay in. Location of the hotel is very beautiful....u can even enjoy the scenic beauty from the balcony of ur room.

Ooty is a good destination in summers. Had a good time at Ooty Lake, watching the SleepingLady mountain view, Doddabetta peak and especially the ride to these places through tea plantations.The Palve Sugavasam Hotel is nicely located and has got well-maintained rooms. The food was good and hygenic. The sorroundings of the hotel are ultimate. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will choose this hotel again .

Best Experience: As everyone might have known, Most of the hotels in Oooty aren't airconditioned. (Because, it doesnt make any sense to have ACs' installed in the hotel as the climate itself will be very cold). But , one day during our stay, we couldnt bear the cold climate, we just called up front desk and instantly, they installed a RoomHeater and it was just in time. I appreciate the Hotel staff for timely response.

Worst Experience: Nope..

This is a good destination for a Honeymoon couple. The surroundings of the resort is quite calm. Front Office is not quite attractive. Need to remind multiple times for the room service. Room is quite ok. No Food & Drinks availability in the room. Activities by the hotel management is NIL.

Best Experience: This place is on Hill top. Scenic beauty is good. There is a tea garden beside this Hotel which adds as a iceing on a cake.

Worst Experience: There was no worst experience. However, the experience was not good. There was nothing coming as a complimentary from the management side except the regular ones like breakfast. They are charging huge amount for Heaters.

overall enjoyable resort. check in was fast and the manager was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are well maintained,and the resort itself is quite new. no coffee/tea maker,fruit basket etc as claimed. Staff were very good. South Indian food was good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Check out was also very fast.
