We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights in May 2012. It was a very memorable experience. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.The location is 15 mins walk from city market.Quite surroundings. No A/C or room heaters were provided but this was a good exp for us.Afterall we came to experience the real Leh.:)

Best Experience: Staff was very cooperative.Hot water was available @ fixed times.

Worst Experience: None of our experiences can be termed worse...Food could have been tastier though..

A awesome place and a extremely good hotel. The hotel is a travelers delight. They have meticulously studied the requirements of a traveler and have made arrangements for a stay accordingly. great place and a great time spent.

Barren Landscapes, white fluffy snow and a warm welcome by the hotel representatives at Leh Airport. It continued with a traditional Ladakhi welcome at our rooms. April was quite chilly with occasional snowfall, making it a rather surreal experience. The food was quite good, altough the options during that time are limited as the highways connecting the mainland are closed. But yes, as tourists we visited every locale including the Khardung-La Pass, for which they sought special permissions as the road was covered in snow. They also have good vehicles and snow chains for enhanced road assistance. Also, the hotel provides good heating arrangements in the rooms & the restaurants.

Best Experience: The traditional ladakhi welcome, in the bitter cold was rather heart-warming. Snow chains on the road to Kardung-La, wow! Amazing food, with traditional seasonal toppings Warm water throughout in freezing conditions The baclonies opening out to a snow field with winter winds & a view of the famed Shanti Stupa in the evenings

Worst Experience: The heaters take time to warm up.

it was ok as far as hotel is concerned.but market and sightseeing were really good.So overall it was nice.

Best Experience: it was at nubra valley and pangong.Also river rafting was very good and had lot of fun and very nice experience.

Worst Experience: no not at all.
