Very good eco friendly resort. good food. sincere staff

It is a great place to spend time with family, away from the hustle bustle of a metro. They provided great food Very tasty with minimal oil and nounwanted spices. .The rooms are very comfortable with a homely charm.

the good thing about the place is the blend of natures two beautiful elements water ad greenery, wow does it make for some awe inspiring views.

Best Experience: the rooms were excellent giving the view of the backwaters.

I had been to this Resort and stayed from 27th JAN 2012. to 29th Jan 2012. I stayed in a luxury cottage with charges 3500 per day and which was not worth it.

Best Experience: The location and the surroundings was quite good full of greenery and the staff were cooperative

Worst Experience: The cottage was clean but we found a Big Spider and a small spider and there was also few big black ants. The Room was cold in the night and there was no provision for AC or room Heater. I was with my wife and my 5 years old daughter and 1year old son and so it was difficult to manage without heater or AC.The cot provided was just enough for 2. On requesting they could not provide a extra cot but gave an extra bed.The TV in the room was a small portable TV and the remote was also not working. They took 1 day to replace the remote. The food was not good for vegetarian as I am a vegetarian. Moreover the did not have different dining halls for veg and non veg. My wife could not bear the smell of fish and was abt to vomit. On request the food was provided in the room but my wife had to request for bread as she could not eat the same.

had issue during booking but overall experience was moderate.Wayanad is filled with plantations, paddy fields, forests and wildlife.Some of the must see places in Wayanad would be the Muthangi Wildlife sanctuary, Banasura Sagar Dam, Pookotte lake, Begur Wildlife Sanctuary.
