Best Experience: I had a very nasty but enjoyable experience at holiday. I was there along with 2 of my business friends from Germany. When we were taking meals my German friend asked for martini before meals and he also took 5-6 pegs of drink during dinner. After finishing off the meals he asked for 2 more pegs of drinks & the bartender was surprised the way he was drinking 10-12 pegs that too after finishing the meals. I was also amazed as he was simply behaving like Indians in the restaurant. Simply all humans being are same as basic instinct is concerned!
Worst Experience: None

"my experience of agra has..."

Best Experience: the first impression of the hotel is gud. u get a feel of having booked into quiet a luxurious hotel. i paid a tariff of around 2,900/- incl. breakfast and taxes even though the tariff was shown as 3,500/- plus taxes on the hotels official website. this was since i booked thru a travel website. so i suggest one to check out travel websites before making booking thru the hotels official website. the room overall was quiet clean and nicely done up, though the room service is a bit slow
Worst Experience: worst experience would be to put that being in my own country, i felt foreigners were being given priority by the hotel staff. and i suggest one to confirm with the hotels management whether the travel desk is operated by the hotel or it is leased to an outside travel agency. this is coz i had one of the worst experience dealing with the cab driver when he took me for visiting mathura temples and later drop to mathura station. and after reaching home when i complained on holiday inn website, i immediately got a call from intercontinental group office at australia. they said they would forward the complain to holiday inn agra, but he also specified that in india the hotels might be leasing out travel stuff to outside travel agencies. that was the last i heard from them. so if the travel desk is leased i don\'t think the hotel is going to be of any help to you in case of any bad experiences

Worst Experience: Denial for the autos inside the hotel was the worst part. When 7 stars hotel in Mumbai don\'t deny auto entry inside the hotel, I couldnt co-relate a sound logic for the same at Agra
