The hotel provided Wi-Fi connection in the room. The food was very good in the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel were good. The staff's behaviour was friendly and helpful. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. The staffs at the hotel were quick in attending the request. The appearance of the hotel like interior and exterior was good. The room was neat, clean and well-maintained. All the amenities were functioning well in the room. The room didn't have view out of it. We stayed for one day in the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The food quality and variety were provided in the hotel. The hotel arranged for pickup and drop facility. The hotel stay was valued for the money. I would like to recommend this hotel to other tourist. It was a family trip.
Had been to Mysore for a quick business trip and chose this hotel. The Viceroy is located very centrally in Mysore and is within walking distance to most of the major sights and transport facilities. So was convenient for me. The hotel has a good layout and outer view, the lobby was very clean and the staff were friendly and professional, no hassle or anything. The rooms we got were clean and neat, it had large beds and nice bathrooms. The WiFi though was slow, the restaurant offered limited option but the food was good. For the price we got I was very happy with our stay.
The hotel is very much well equipped with the chaldiers , exotic ambience .
We have stayed in this hotel on last August. Its is good hotel very close to the Mysore Palace. Very friendly front office staff and they have upgraded my room which have a view to Mysore Palace. The rooms are spacious but need proper maintenance. The hotel is an old one so required need some renovation work. Required some more improvement in food quality.
The hotel is situated at the heart of the city and just opposite to the famous mysore palace.It has a good restaurant with all types of indian and chinse food.Though it does not have a travel desk but they arranged the tourist vehicle with resonable rate.The room conditions are good but not the ammenities.
