Victoria Museum

Victoria Museum, also known as Victoria Jubilee Museum, is the museum of the Archaeological Department. In this museum visitors can see the conserved collection of ancient sculptures, idols, inscriptions, paintings, cutlery and weapons. Moreover, this museum also hosts the display the pre-historic stone tools, coins, arms, metal works, Neolithic and Microlithic implements. Granite statue of Buddha and the white limestone figure of Buddha are the prime attractions of this museum.

Timing:     11 am - 1 pm and 2 - 6 pm (Summers)
10 am - 1 pm and 2 - 5 pm (Winters)
Closed on Fridays and public holidays
