Hotel Review of Daspalla Hotel
Comments: We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. This is a very old hotel and since my childhood we frequently visited the restaurant in this hotel. I always wanted to stay here and when i just got married recently planned for a stay at this hotel.. The hotel was very dissapointing. AC didnt work properly.. night at 2:30 the service person comes to clean the AC!!!! the pillow was torn, The mini bar they mention had only two water bottles in it :( and they dont replenish the juices which they claim .. also the breakfast coupons were given only once during the stay!!! when asked they said even though its a 2night 3 days stay they give the bfast coupon only once.. if you plan to stay further then we will provide.. Very Cheap behaviour. I would definetly not recommend this place for any traveller.. we checked into this hotel after checking out from another hotel called The Park .. The stay at The Park was excellent!!!!
Worst Experience: AC not working properly
AC was cleaned at 2:30 in the night!!!
Repeated requests for Room Change were not addressed.. One final night a senior manager finally intervened and upgraded our room.
Room Service is not all that good.. I would say the stay is definitely not worth the money.
Only plus point is the location is in the city center.. suited for business visits only!!!!
Very Bad Experience overall!!!!!
