"Overall experience was good"

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days,the room was immaculate and sleek as were all the common area. The view from the room overlooking the sea was also beautiful,and I didn\'t feel that there was much to walk to though the hotel can arrange taxis or private cars.the staff were very friendly and helpfull,even the food was good and its reasonable also,over all it was a good stay in this hotel.....

"Bathrooms need some maintenance"

I have got to spend some best time at this place . Everything was great about this place and I so feel the name goes perfect with it. The bathrooms were the only thing which stopped me rating it excellent. Hope they fix up the bathrooms.

"Excellent hotel"

Vizag is a superb place. Everything was excellent at this hotel. Didn\'t face much problems. Except for the food remaining was great. From pick up till drop was given. From the reception till the end of our stay was perfect. No much activities but the hotel is the best.

The hotel was fine and good.Have been in this hotel many times.Yet it still offer very good service every time i visit.Good food and well maintained rooms.had a lovely decent stay

"Spa treatments are one of the best"

fantastic location which itself acts as a destressing factor for travellers, the hotel staff and ambience are other exemplary factors which brings smiles to the guests and makes them keep coming here again and again. Not to forget the world class cuisine that is available here and the Spa treatments are one of the best I have ever had.

"Food is excellent"

The hotel is placed by the sea.Food is excellent,buffet menu is good(600+tax).Staffs are polite and efficient.Service is prompt.Travel desk is good.Activity part needs improvement.Spa is small one,services can be better.Gaming should be much better,I suggest video games,biliards,bowling,dart etc.Tourists need to remember that bora caves have 1-2pm lunch break.

Best Experience: Good food,swiming pool,leisurely holiday,staffs jolly and efficient.

The hotel is quite conveniently located. The sight of the beach from the room is fabulous. I opened the curtain and the beach is visible.

Best Experience: One can see the sunrise form the room. The beach is adjoining and you can walk straight to the beach.

Worst Experience: The business facility and the help regarding that is not good. It took 20 minutes for me to have the print-out of my ticket. That also happened after three follow-ups. After the final follow-up I realized the the person did not even bother to care about my request.

the stay was nice and the hotel staff also helped us in making our stay memorable

Best Experience: beds were made every evening with fresh flowers. room service ensures that all requirements are met car comes exactly on time when asked for
