Hotel Review of Sai Priya Resorts
Comments: The resort is in a cool place. Its very homely and one can expect a relaxed stay here. They are renovating the place and if you are in the old rooms then God save you. (There are 2 other resorts close by one of AP Tourism and other called Vihar both are good). It will take more than Rs650 from Airport and Room starts from Rs 1500/day. You can hire Autos from outside the resort for most places. The beach approach is bad but the beach is great. So if you are particular for beach front Resort this not the place as you have to walk quite a lot through lot of debris to reach the beautiful Rishikonda beach.
Best Experience: Rooms, Amenities, Tree House, park for the children to Play

The resort is situated around 35km from the airport and it costs Rs 450-Rs 600 for one side trip from airport to this resort. This resort is situated quite far from the city. we went there from KOLKATA by our own car,booked this resort from 27th nov07-30th nov07,but our experience was terrible so that we had to shift to hotel SUPREME on 28 th nov,thousand time we had to shout for drinking water,tea etc,had to tolerate lot of mosquitoes and ants till we change our hotel, i dont know why dont they maintain properly to induct tourists like APTDC ARAKU resort and all...

Saipriya beach resort is beatiful due to its location. But the rates are not Rs 600. This is the minimum rates ( Basically for the huts) Otherwise it is Rs1250/- for good seafacing rooms. .The beach is less crowdy and peaceful....

Sai priya is a resort probably built about 10 years back but not maintained properly,rooms are not that neat, room service refused to give blankets in the night because they went for wash. tariff is Rs.950 plus taxes as against mentioned here....

The location of this resort is such that it makes this resort click. One of the best sea beaches in India but not yet explored. Few people know about the place. Perhaps it’s the only resort providing facilities to enjoy this beachside with comfort. Though lots of improvements in this resort are required as far as service and facilities is concerned, but overall its location and view makes it a great deal....

Location is fine & fantastic. But, maintenance is very poor. Room service is not up to the mark. Some times AC does not work. Room condition is very POOR. Laundry service was not provided. Over all maintenance is VERY POOR....
