The hotel location and the rooms were extremely good. They provided good service. The only negative problem was that there was no restaurant but to compensate that they had services to get us the food to the room. If you have an idea to choose this hotel you must stay here its a great experience in a wonderful place.

Hotel was very good. Hotel was conveniently located and there was no difficulty in locating the hotel. Breakfast system was good and first class. Staff service was decent. Hotel was well connected to the market. Appearance from inside and outside was good. He will again stay in the same hotel if visit again. Room was very spacious. Pillows, bedsheets and blankets were neat and clean. There was no view from the room. Inside view was good. There was no delay in check in and check out. Booking was done on line. Food was good like Chola Batura. North Indian and South Indian food was available. The cost was reasonable. No activity was available in the hotel. There are no suggestions and it was quite decent. It was a trip with family members and alone. It was value for money.

I travel very frequently to Chennai and always preferred to stay in T Nagar, as it is most centrally located, close to Airport, Central/Egmore stations. Also to Mount Rd.The hotel is ideally located and proximity to the shopping area. The Hotel Rooms are well kept and the service is cordial. Of-course you ensure you book your rooms in advance. The Bed was comfortable and TV quality is good.House keeping is good. The hotel doesn't have restaurant, but close to the hotel there are quality restaurants like Hotel Saravna Bhavan, Adayar Anand Bhavan also some good Non Veg hotels.

Overall experience was good.It is good budget hotel you will within Rs. 1000-1200 and situated at the heart of the City. you will lots shops and options for different kind of food outside the hotel

Best Experience: The rooms are clean and hygiene.

Worst Experience: The worst part is you do not get rooms quite often, and some times I feel the hotel always reserves the rooms to foreigners or people who can speak Tamil.

This is the second time around staying in this hotel, first being in 2008 and now Aug 2012. Booking the room online was very easy. The location is excellent for the typical shopping in nearby Pondy Bazar. The eateries are also within walking distance - Saravana Bhavan, A2B, Balajee, Andhra Meals Hotel etc. There is no meal service or activities in the hotel except for ice cold mineral water. The mattresses seem a little worn out , needs refurbishing.Would stay there again on my next visit.
