Hotel Review of Rain Country Resorts
Comments: The place has a great ambience and excellent cottages. The accessibility is an issue since you cannot drive down to the place yourselves and you are depenedent on the resort provided Jeeps,
Best Experience: The view is breathtaking. The staff is helpful and the service is pleasant
Worst Experience: 1. Food is pretty bad. First day french fries were burnt and the Chicken dish was totally charred. Food served on first night was not sufficient for the three of us staying in the cottage, and no second serving was available. The chef however took the feedback and tried to improve during the next days.
2. Availaibilty of Mineral water was an issue on the first day. They had run out of stock (Unbelievable, but true!!!), and it took a couple of hours before we could get safe drinking water
3. The generator used is very noisy and spoils the ambience in the night
4. The cancellation policy is not transparent, and we were charged cancellation charges despite three day advance notice for partial cancellation. I cut short the saty by a day.

Hotel Review of Rain Country Resorts
Had a really great time at this resort! We'd gone as a big family group, and had booked their 3-bedroom cottage. The rooms were fabulous, old-style kerala houses made completely of wood. They have a small pond on the property where you can swim, its a natural pond, so the bottom is muddy, but the water itself is very clean. The staff is also very friendly, and was able to accomodate all therequests we had for the kids and infants....

Hotel Review of Rain Country Resorts
An exiting drive across a hillock got us into this scenic resort. 3 km ride takes 20 minutes. Never mind about the bad hill road, the experience is worth it. Situate amidst a small valley, an artificial pond in between and the cottages on the hillside adds to its class. Exilirience call it....

Hotel Review of Rain Country Resorts
I's up to wayanad with big expectation of a hill town but which wasn't served once i reachd or mebe i reachd in a wrong month when it's so hot and the hotel ambiance too didn't cater my likeness and more particularly for the price we paid but otherwise it's fun being re-union of friends after long time and enjoyed so much just on that note... I'd suggest a place like wayanad hardly for a weekend and that too...

Hotel Review of Rain Country Resorts
Excellant resort located in a small valley with a freshwater pond to swim in or do boating. The service was also excellant with very accomadating staff. Food is decent but limited since the Kitchen is small. Losts of greenery and so far there are few cottages all hidden around the mountains. Lots of opportunity to go trekking around....
