We ( 2 adults & 2 children ) enjoyed the stay in this hotel from 11/05/12 to 12/05/12. Extremely professional service right from enquiry, prompt response to emails , booking,checkout etc. Good location. A different experience as the resort is surrounded by water. The staff was very polite and nice. The rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Boating trip arranged by hotel was also great. The food available in the restaurant definitely needs improvement. A special mention of Mr Richard who was very helpful during the booking as well as during the stay. Overall , the staff made our stay comfortable and made us feel at home. We recomend this hotel for travellers to Kumarakom.

Best Experience: As it was raining on the day we reached, boating was arranged on the next day morning itself before we left.

Coco resort is a perfect place to visit, its worth the money you pay.location is amazing and rooms were well maintained with all basic facilities. food was also excellent.

The boat ride to the resort from the parking was nice.

Best Experience: The climate was awesome and it was nice to sit facing the lake in the evenings.

Worst Experience: Had to wait a while to check in. We went there as a group ( 6 couples ) and had informed them more than a month in advance that we needed all the rooms close to each other. When we got there that was not the case and had to wait almost 2 hours for them to sort that out. The food was not worth even half the cost they charged. The pool was not clean and initially had slippery floors.
